Account Information

Any information related to the account is under the protection and account management policy of PT. Pangansari Utama.

Employees no longer active in using DigiPUFR will be deactivated within a maximum of 90 days.


Encryption

DigiPUFR uses the AES-256 encryption standard to ensure the security of sensitive data. Data Security is the responsibility of users and application managers. Users are required to use strong passwords and are prohibited from sharing them with other parties. DigiPUFR is supported with 256 bit SSL in data transmission protocol.


Data Centre

To ensure data security, DigiPUFR uses an internal server. Ensure that data storage and processing computing resources do not involve third parties.

Data Location

DigiPUFR application detects and collects location data on features related to out-of-office/remote absences. The location data taken is valid evidence for absent employees who have the right to be absent outside the office. Employees have no right to change, modify and manipulate location data that has been detected by the digiPUFR application. The digiPUFR application collects location data through a background process.


Data collection

DigiPUFR App collects photo image on the remote attendance feature. Photo image taken is used as legal evidence for the attendance of employees are entitled to be attendance outside the office.

Photo image only used for the benefit of the company and is not used and not given to other parties.

Photo image will be deleted for employees are no longer employees.
